Once a week we have our 20 minute consultation
where we will review
your previous weeks achievements and goals. We’ll look at
what goals
you achieved or exceeded and what it was that you did to make that
happen.
We’ll also look at what areas you fell
short of reaching your goals and
come up with action plans to move you into a positive position for
achieving those goals.
Plus we will plan out what events you want to be
involved in for the upcoming week. All of this will take only 20
minutes.

You will document your own
achievements each day in your exercise logs, which only takes a few

you know exactly what you’re working towards. You will know
the type of
exercises to do and how long to do them.
