I wanted to start a fitness program to help loose weight and work it around my schedule from home rather then a gym. So How Does It Work?

Once a week we have our 20 minute consultation where we will review your previous weeks achievements and goals. We’ll look at what goals you achieved or exceeded and what it was that you did to make that happen.

We’ll also look at what areas you fell short of reaching your goals and come up with action plans to move you into a positive position for achieving those goals.

Plus we will plan out what events you want to be involved in for the upcoming week. All of this will take only 20 minutes.

This system is designed to keep you motivated

The number one reason people are not successful with exercise is because they quit after only a few weeks, we’re there to keep you motivated and moving, even when your life is too busy.
You will document your own achievements each day in your exercise logs, which only takes a few minutes. This gives you more control over your results, by keeping you on track with your goals and daily progress.

We will help you create goals for each day that are very specific so you know exactly what you’re working towards. You will know the type of exercises to do and how long to do them.

  • You’ll have someone there to let you know you’re right on track to creating your body’s success. Your coach will be there to help you over those challenging obstacles and to pick you up when you find yourself stuck.

  • The daily and weekly goals are made simple to encourage you to take action as opposed to becoming overwhelmed.

  • The high tech monitors help you to maximize your exercise and training time to help you reach your goals faster.

  • Every week as your TeleFit phone coach we will review your previous week with you and help you create a perfect plan for your weeks to come. This prevents you from getting stuck and not taking action.

With the Telefit program your activity monitors help provide the motivation and we give you the direction. This helps foster the accountability to yourself.

The Heart Rate Monitor accurately measures your intensity of exercise so you will be confident you are spending every minute achieving your goals.

Using an accelerometer will accurately measure your total calories burned during every activity you do.
