like walking become an intense challenge, that translates in to more calories burned. 
During your session you become completely absorbed in the events you're challenged with. 
You'll be doing full body exercises to scupt your legs, buttocks, stomache and those floppy arms. 
Don't like to sweat?  What better solution than a high energy session in a pool. 
Medicine balls, resistance bands, swim paddles and pool noodles are the equipment used.

This is also a great workout environment for people with hip, knee and ankle problems.
Plus it's great for those with issues of balance.
